About moon-leopard

Building bridges across borders, disciplines, and industries since 2011

Our Story

We started with a simple observation: the most valuable business relationships rarely form during scheduled networking sessions. They emerge in the margins—between panels, over shared meals, during those unscripted moments when genuine curiosity meets authentic expertise.

That insight led us to completely reimagine what a professional conference could be. Rather than maximizing attendance, we optimize for meaningful connection. Instead of cramming agendas with back-to-back presentations, we engineer spaces for the kinds of conversations that change trajectories.

Professional networking at international business event

Our approach draws from disparate fields: behavioral psychology, hospitality design, diplomatic protocol, and adult learning theory. We study how ideas spread through networks, how trust forms between strangers, and how physical environments shape intellectual exchange.

Today, we operate across 89 countries, facilitating over 127 events annually. Our client roster includes Fortune 500 executives, government ministers, Nobel laureates, and the founders of companies reshaping entire industries.

What Drives Us

We believe that solving humanity's most pressing challenges requires collaboration across traditional boundaries. Climate change doesn't respect national borders. Technological disruption doesn't confine itself to single industries. The most interesting questions exist at intersections.

That's why we deliberately bring together people who wouldn't normally share a room. A renewable energy engineer, a climate finance specialist, and a behavioral economist walk into a conference—and walk out with a framework for accelerating grid modernization in emerging markets.

These aren't coincidences. They're the result of careful participant selection, thoughtful program architecture, and an almost obsessive attention to the small details that either enable or prevent meaningful interaction.

Our Principles

Intentional Curation

Every attendee is there for a reason. We don't fill seats—we assemble ecosystems.

Evidence-Based Design

Our methods are informed by research in social dynamics, cognitive science, and organizational behavior.

Radical Transparency

We communicate expectations clearly and deliver exactly what we promise.

Sustainable Practice

Every event is designed to minimize environmental impact while maximizing social value.
